Returns and Refunds

Returns on regular priced clothing items are eligible for in store credit within 30 days of purchase date. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please send your returns to Arrow Boutique & Workshop 251 N Main Ave #212, Sioux Center, IA 51250. Please send an email to arrowboutiqueia@gmail.com with the reason for the return before sending your items back.

We will not accept any returns that look like they may have been altered, worn, or have the tags removed.

Upon arrival we will inspect the items and notify you via email if your return is approved or rejected. If the return is approved you will receive a store credit code that can be used online or in store. If a return is rejected the items will be sent back to you and you will be responsible for shipping charges.

Shipping

Shipping is a flat rate of $5.00 Orders over $75.00 ship FREE within the US, not including Alaska or Hawaii.

Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Local pick-up is also available. Be sure to choose that option at checkout.

If you receive damaged items be sure to contact us and send pictures within 3 days of receiving your order.

If items are returned due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for shipping costs to have us send the items again.

We are not responsible for any tracked items that are marked as delivered. Please contact your local USPS to help with recovery of packages.
